My Story
From curiosity to expertise — here's how it started.

"I grew up watching my cousin run her home-made cake business. That's where I first understood that small businesses need more than a product — they need the right people to find them."

I grew up in Malappuram, Kerala — surrounded by people with incredible skills and talent running small, home-based businesses. My cousin was one of them. She baked the most beautiful custom cakes, but her orders were inconsistent and unpredictable. She had the product. She just didn't have visibility.

That observation stayed with me. When I started studying digital marketing formally at Haris & Co. — one of Calicut's leading digital marketing agencies — I knew exactly who I wanted to use these skills for.

"I wasn't interested in running campaigns for faceless corporations. I wanted to help real people — bakers, nutritionists, local service providers — build real businesses."

Through hands-on work with several small businesses, I developed something beyond just marketing knowledge. I learned how sales psychology drives purchasing decisions. How business metrics tell the real story behind what's working. How a single well-placed Instagram strategy can double a baker's orders in 60 days.
